Poor fellow can’t seem to juggle the stress of the job plus satisfying a wife who is a veteran of the orgy filled fashion industry. Sarko needs to start hanging with Italian Prime Minister and all around horndog, Silvio Berlusconi. He could learn a thing or two from the 72 year old about how to suck at your job and be a sexual deviant all while maintaining your health and stellar approval numbers with the pleebs.
